Heart of Europe International Debating Tournament is getting bigger event each year since 2001. For this reason is Organising Committee established as soon as posible after the end of tournament. ORGCOM of 2016 was established on 20th July 2015 in Olomouc. Jakub Kadlec become Chief Organiser of Herat of Europe for 8th year in a row. Jakub was very glad that the past Committe and Executive Board of Czech Debate Society trust him t organise next year. Also the rest of Committee was nominated:
