Dear debate community. We are glad to announce to you that we are going to held 4th year of British Parliamentary Track of Heart of Europe International Debating Tournament. It is going to take place from 11th till 13th July 2016 in Olomouc.

Target group of the tournament are university students. But as you know we are trying our best and to be welcoming everyone so competitive highschoolers or alumni of debate programmes are also welcome to compete together with university students.
