Heart of Europe Organising Committee is glad to introduce to you second member of Chief Adjudicators Panel – Mr. Frankie Cena from Canada.

In 2009, Frankie wowed the judges as the Runner Up Speaker of Heart of Europe 2009.

In 2012, Frankie began his International Coaching Career, leading his team to a 2nd place finish at Heart of Europe 2012.

From 2013-2015 Frankie served as a member of the CAP while continuing to coach his teams to four consecutive HOE Finals and two Championships in 2013 and 2015.

Frankie is currently coaching at an all girls private school in Vancouver (Crofton House), at an after school academy (Wesley Academy) and on a private basis. Frankie has been coaching high school debate for seven years. Along with debate, Frankie Cena is also a singer and actor in his home town of Vancouver, Canada. Most notably Frankie has reign as Mr. World Canada 2012/2013.

In 2016, Frankie will attend his sixth Heart of Europe Championship and is excited to work with the esteemed CAP once again and welcome everyone to Heart of Europe 2016 right before WSDC Germany!
