Heart of Europe International Debating Tournament Organising Committee is very glad to announce that the Mahmoud Al-Ghefari from Palestine has been selected as the second member of Chief Adjudicator Panel. If you want to learn more, here is a short bio:

 Mahmoud Al-Ghefari Trainer and Consultant Capacity Building specialist with an experience working in management with all organizational levels creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions, and curriculums designed to support the organization’s plans. Passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable work environment that supports learning. Set and managed training programs for hundred employees in the private sector, and NGOS in the team building field, also served at several local and international organizations designing and delivering successful programs in economic empowerment, capacity building, Advocacy, projects management, team building, communications, customer service, marketing, sales, and change management. Founded “Palestine Center for debates and development Society” for enhancing the debates and dialogue culture in the Palestine. It is his first year at Heart of Europe International Debating Tournament.
