Accommodation 2019
All participants are provided with accommodation at the dormitories of Palacky University in Olomouc – the Mr General Svoboda Dormitory. In case you are uncertain about any aspect of your accommodation, please call us at 00420 601 353 165 (Jakub Kadlec).
Mr General Svoboda Dormitory
This facility is close to the tournament’s venue and the center of the city. The dormitories consist of two six-story blocks with adjoining rooms with shared bathrooms equipped with lifts. Accommodation is provided in adjoining triple rooms with shared bathroom facilities among the four to six residents. They are also equipped with fridges, a phone, wifi internet connection, and other basic appliances. There will be also:
✔ Communal kitchens
✔ Laundry and drying rooms
✔ Study and TV rooms
✔ Music rooms
✔ Gym and a bicycle storage room at your disposal, should you require them
Towels, as well as soap, is provided. Nonetheless, we recommend that you bring your own just in case. Be aware that there will be a refundable 20 € deposit fee for the keys.
Organizing Committee can also arrange to prolong your accommodation. It is 25 €/$ 38/720 CZK extra per person per night. If you would prefer a single room for the duration of the tournament, the additional fee is 25 €/$ 38/720 CZK per night.
