Antonio Kwon is originally from South Korea, now established in Canada. Debate is absolutely a passion and fun for Antonio. He truly believes its great benefit to everyone. He has been coaching debate for many debaters such as Canadian, Hungarian, Korean, Swedish and US debaters since 2009. He recently founded and joined the Executive Committee of the Hungarian Debate Association. He has been an entrepreneur for most of his life since he resigned his last engineer career as a Plant Manager of car adhesive manufacturing company in 1989. His first company, Tae Young Media was one of the biggest distributor of computer games in South Korea and specialised in international distribution and licensing business by working with many big game companies all over the world like Electronic Arts, Blizzard, Activision and other game companies in UK, USA, Taiwan and Singapore. He has been successful as an entrepreneur. With the initial business asset only with $ 3,000, he had established Tae Young Media – eight figures yearly revenue company for 5 years. However, he has been more passionate on education business with the greater principle value than just financial value since he moved to Canada. His educational company, New Era Academy has been specialized in international education business and seasonal camps since 2002, helping lots of international students coming to Canada from South Korea and Taiwan. Besides coaching debate and business, he enjoys competitive running and trail running as well as indoor / lake swimming. He is also a great fan of over 120 roses in his house garden and loves garden work with his wife over the weekend. It is his fifth year at Heart of Europe International Debating Tournament.
